i would like to mouse and keyboard through the day in complete silence. is that possible?

already pcing silently with my no fan pc but id like everything to make no sound. pls halp.

Completely silence, not really.
But low-profile dome switches can be quite quiet. I love my GFs Microsoft Surface Keyboard. There is also cheaper options like Logitech K740.
For mice, there is a lot made for this purpose like the ShhhhMouse https://www.amazon.com/ShhhMouse-Wireless-Silent-Portable-Compatible/dp/B00U1NEALG

Well actually a technology made to cut costs. Rubber Dome with the type scissor-switch should be the most silent type.
Mechanical is typical higher quality. But often more noisy. But honestly I type just as fast on good quality rubber dome.
Tested on my gaming setup with Corsair Strafe (Mecanical MX Brown) and Microsoft Surface Keyboard (Rubber Dome)

If you're willing to spend money, the Cherry MX silent switches are PRETTY quiet, but obviously not silent. A lot of it comes down to how hard you type as well.
