The requirements:

Needs to be able to support 3 monitors for regular use (not gaming). They are HDMI but converters can be used if needed.

Any help is much appreciated! If you require more info please let me know.

You'll need converters for most cards in that range (DVI>HDMI and DisplayPort>HDMI)

To run all three at once, your DisplayPort>HDMI adapter will need to be an active adapter, not passive.

Buy a used card. That's your best bet.
