So I have a removable usb drive (PNY 64gb usb 3.0) that any time I try to plug it into a computer, just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting (windows) or just won't be recognized (linux mint). I know it's the USB because other usb's work fine on the same ports, and I've had the problem on any computer I've tried it on. Is there a way to fix this or is the USB fucked?
/e I've tried changing the power settings both from the device manager and the power plan, neither of those fixed it.
