Hi so my computer is stuck in an infinite loop of starting up and instantly restarting without me being able to do anything.
I've tried to restart in safe mode but F8 is not working.
What can I do? Please help :)

Is there sensitive data on it you need?
If so boot up a linux boot disk and save that info
otherwise just proceed to formating it.

mount a lightweight linux os on a usb (use rufus tool). boot to it. then, copy files from your old harddrive u need onto a separate drive.

or.. re-format your pc on your current drive

still the first step to rule out software, I mean if you have a better option lets have it.
seems to me the quickest/easiest way to proceed.

Still not suggesting shit.

It's a os reboot loop brought on by an update.
OP is using Windows 10. He's unable to get into save mode.
Op doesn't have second pc to make a bootable media.
OP also doesn't have a Windows disc/USB.
Info via pm.

If you need any further help op shaft can assist you.
