it just drops and needs to reconnect to the internet as soon as i try to start anything on netflix.

i tried to stream on different platforms like amazon and had no problems at all. as soon as i try netflix my internet drops again.

what could possibly cause that?

thought its maybe a known issue with a chrome plugin and someone would be like hey disable this or that.

Yeah, definitely contact Netflix...and I dunno how Germany does things, but if Netflix claims it isn't on their end...that just leaves your Internet provider (which MAY be blocking Netflix) for some reason or may have changed something that somehow blocks Netflix.

Something on Netflix's or your Internet providers end may have changed that is causing an incompatibility?

netflix should also be able to help with that. if you think its chrome, then update your plugins or try a different browser?

What are you streaming on. Can you stream Netflix on other machines and does it work or crash?
