eh 27" and 1080p and the cost is too much for that monitor. I personally wouldn't buy it. newegg had XB270HU for $499 CAD. You should wait for better deals on other monitors if ur not in a rush.
you plan on using it for fps games?
use this website and look for em on sale

yeah pretty much im casual csgo and pubg when i can, other games too

but it would be my main monitor now and ill keep my old 60hz 1080 for shit and jiggle as second monitor.
Depending on how much i have to pay on my tax return this year , ill get a new one around that time

yeah then keep a look out in the mean time,
if you're going for 27", you should at least get 1440p

And if he's going for 1440p, it's not going to be 144hz.

bad advice, as usual.

last time I checked, he wants a 144hz one

would 144hz really be necessary with 1440p?

idc as long as its in the 350-500 $ price range

for fps games like csgo/pubg you'd want 144hz.
If you're going for 24" 1080p is the sweet spot, and 27" is the sweet spot for 1440p.
350-500 won't be a problem as long as you keep a look out on the prices for deals.
Like i said already, newegg already had 27" 1440p 144hz IPS for $499 CAD.
Tn panel is cheaper than IPS panel as well, so to get 27" 1440p 144hz tn for under $500 isn't a problem
