I do not have any drivers though... where can I find a good driver pack? Or do I have to manually install each driver?

Manually from manufactures website.
Then if you have a dedicated GPU from the AMD or Nvidia site.

Which of your hardware isn't working? Windows includes drivers for most hardware automatically.

The best way is to go to each manufacturers' website and download the latest driver for your hardware.
