I want to dual boot Debian Linux and Windows 10 on my PC, Debian for software development work and Windows for gaming and using other software that doesn't work on Linux.
I was wondering what are the pros and cons of installing both OSes on the same hard drive vs getting 2 separate SSDs, one for each OS.
I will either be purchasing two ~250gb SSDs, one for each OS, or one ~500gb SSD, and installing both on the same hard drive in partitions. Any thoughts on the advantages or disadvantages of each method? Thanks.
