tbh hibernate and sleep where never stable and its always best to not use them.
idk why a panel replacement would cause it not to sleep but the feature itself is best not to be used.
Just just it down when its not in use.
im somehow too lazy to restart everything when its back up. especially apps that require an authenticator. also its far easier to close it than navigate through those sketchy windows 10 Labyrinths to find out how to shut it down.
