Speccy pick it up but my computer does not... not replacing my current C drive, i just want to put the games i play the mose onto the SSD

how would i know if it does? it shows up on speccy and i was able to find it in hardware/sound

open disk management and right click the drive and assign it a letter.

That is currently not an option, when i right click it in that window I'm given

New Spanned Volume
New stripped option
Convert To dynamic disk
Convert to MBR disk
Properties
Help

the top 2 options are greyed out

How about post a screenshot of Disk Management.



/e Or better yet, just get this. Get the FREE version. And install it, then open it and post a screenshot of that...

If you can right click that Unallocated spot...and it gives you the option of Format...do so. If not, get EaseUS Partition Manager, linked above.


I DL'd EaseUS and scanned it at virustotal.com. It came up clean as a whistle.
