Considering buying a vive and looking for opinions on the overall vr experience from people who own it or have played it.

-Are there better vr systems?
-How well does it perform on minimum required specs?
-Would there be a huge difference in graphics display/fps/overall performance if I upgraded from a gtx 1060 6gb to a 1080 or 1070 ti 8gb gfx card?
-How do the larger games play? Mainly Skyrim and Fallout 4 are more big interests.
