is it possible that it is caused by hardware

I unplugged all night again my modem and router, reseted it and im still rubber banding for like 3 days in games

PUBG?

I got it on pubg, thought it was the game but I have it on csgo too (dont play that game anymore, just logged on to test) and never rubber banded ever on csgo in years

So its not the game

network issues,

check your network.
