so on windows 10 the piece of shit os just took over the fkeys permanently so all my apps/games fkeys don't work

You most likely need to install/re-install your function key drivers (sometimes included under chipset drivers, if not standalone).

nvm got it fixed, it seems my cat pressed and held down the f lock key earlier and i didn't realize you had to hold it down for 5 secs for it to unlock
