My gpu is running at 65-80c right now. I would like to save it since I wont have money to replace it until February. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (XFX Pine Group)

AMD FX-8320 45 °C
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
20.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASRock 990FX Killer (CPUSocket) 50 °C
Graphics
DELL S2316H (1920x1080@59Hz)
3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (XFX Pine Group) 68 °C
Storage
465GB Seagate ST500LM012 HN-M500MBB (SATA) 41 °C
465GB Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 (SATA) 44 °C

Here is what it is currently sitting at as of this posting. The GPU fluctuates constantly.

You should do "the works". I would try a repaste, use compressed air to blow all the dust out of the heatsink, verify all the fans are working. Make you have the latest drivers, uninstall and reseat the GPU onto the motherboard.

You can probably find a teardown video on YouTube for your specific you ( guide to taking it apart) and buy a thing of thermal paste from Newegg or amazon.

If you aren't already using it, get MSI Afterburner (free) and use it to set up a fan curve for your vid card fans.

After downloading the MSI Afterburner software and cranking my fan to 100%, the thing is telling me the lowest it has gone is 38 and highest is 78. Lowest was when I was leaving the computer alone during a break from WoW and 78 was during playing.

under load thats fine tbh, if your concerned just apply better paste.
