I have had this computer for years, some upgrades from time to time. Nothing new has changed recently. The main drive was nearing capacity and then I think windows update took up the remaining space totally fucking it until I can get in and format.
Windows 10, gtx 1050ti, random 100gig ssd, some other 500gig hd, i5-2500k, components are fine this seems like a storage drive issue.
Here is what happens if I let it boot:
Here is what happens if I try to enter UEFI:
(the text says set boot device; Unfortunately, this screen is 100% frozen and I can't change any options (uhoh))

How can I format this drive or set the boot priority to USB without being able to access UEFI? What would you do?
