tried every keyboard and mouse in every usb slot i have available

im sure its interfering with the other motherboard drives i had installed on my hard drive, since I got a new mobo, psu, ram and cpu.

BUT, it wont even let me use my keyboard to reformat, so I don't even know

the only thing not new is the graphics card and hard drive, also the keyboard and mouse are old as well

final stretch is to install windows 10 iso on Flash Drive and see if that installation detects my keyboard and mouse
