So I live in a house with 3 roommates and essentially they don't want to get anything better than basic internet

I want high speed internet capable of 2 MB upload speed and right now with 3 other people using the internet as well that isn't feasible

What are my options for getting what I want? I could get high speed from Spectrum or Comcast and pay the entire bill myself but are there any other alternatives?

I aim for at least 5mb per person so 720/1080p video watching is managable.
Streams ideally want 10mb up/down.

How can I accomplish that goal?

Buy your own dedicated line of Internet at w/e fucking speed you want if they wont chip in.
if they do chip in get faster service and use QoS in a decent router to control how much each user has access to when everyones on.
