Got my new stream setup all ready to go, need suggestions for a second and (better) computer to build.

I want something that can handle HD Streaming and all that Jazz, Need suggestions on top of the top Computer chassis (Design/appearance wise) and top of the top internals for it.

My budget for this is around 600-800. My buddy will be building it, I just wanna get everything ordered for him.

Do you think we are magicians? 600-800$ would get you a decent budget gaming PC.

edit 900$ is the bare minimum I would spent a system I should stream games in HD on.

I forgot to add, there's a high chance my friend can get the high end parts at a lot better prices. Which is why i'm needing suggestions to pass to him.
He owns Avartec

toss me a list of high end parts that you'd recommend and I can pick through! Just need a little help
800 is just for the computer alone and its components. I should be able to get parts much cheaper then retail thru him.

/e Worked out via PM. His friend can get him serious discounts...so it's still within budget.
