first off new to this sub thread so sorry if its not allowed here but

i wake up to find out my headset/ computer isnt making any sounds what so ever
yes its plugged in, on and charged
idk what cause it to suddenly stop working. any help?

A number of things can affect it. The driver quit working is most likely.

Before we go any further, does the headset work elsewhere and can you try something else on the computer? This is to rule out the if headset went bad or if it is a software issue on the pc.
