I have a nivida gtx 1070. I had to reinstall windows 10 x64 on a new hhd due to my old hhd crashing well ever since im having really bad temp issues with my gpu. I have the newest drivers installed, i also run MSI afterburner. I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling nothing has worked for that. Bf4 runs at 60 with 95% fan speed at low settings and all other games are alike, the only one that i havent had a problem with is csgo runescape(so far, havent downloaded alot yet). Open to trying anything if it helps. Also to add if anyone knows what drivers are recommended please let me know thanks :)

/edit/
also my gpu keeps boosting its speed or memory w/e it is, its never done that previously.could my gpu slot be bad? shall i try moving it?

What company makes your GTX 1070?

As for the drivers, here is the proper way to do them...

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ ...get tyhe latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...save this to your desktop.
3. Run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you. If it wants to go into "Safe Mode", let it.
4. After it's done and comp has rebooted to normal mode, just double click the Nvidia driver to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.
