hello,

the usb 3.0 ports no longer work after i restart my computer...only restart my computer.

i shut down and reboot they both work no problem.
i restart and neither work...i have to move my mouse to a 2.0 port for it to work. i then shut down, turn on and both are working again

anyone know what the issue would be?

You say the USB 3.0 ports no longer work. Did something happen between the time when they worked and when they didn't? Like a power failure, lightning storm, etc.?

Post a screenshot of Device Manager with View > Show Hidden Devices, check marked.

Other than a USB driver glitch, it might be a BIOS setting that changed. ?

That's what we are trying to find out. It would help if you answered the questions I asked, rather than explain English to me. :)

I assume they USED to work, even after a restart, correct? If that isn't the case, then that is information we would need, correct?
