did all that, still have the problem using 100%

anyone know how to fix? I've also scanned computer with malwarebytes, ccleaner, and avast, nothing comes up. Also have tried sfc /scannow

Remove any real time AV, does it go down?

Run Process Explorer from Sysinternals. It does a FAR better job than Task Manager at identifying troublesome processes.

For a quick test, you can try disabling the Superfetch service, and see if things improve.
