it goes as far as OK with gosu models like g900 and lancehead... but still crazy choice.

it's not as bad as using a wireless keyboard but it's still worse than wired, higher overhead, more latency, battery life being a concern, and interference/loss of signal is not only a possibility it's an inevitability at some point, at least in my experience perfect 1:1 capture at all times just isn't going to happen. I don't know, only use a wireless mouse if your setup is so abysmally bad that there's no conceivable way to not have the wire be in the way or catch on stuff. There's always been an argument for wireless headsets because you might walk around with those but the mouse stays at your computer so ???

everything else is still a problem
reliability and consistency are the #1 things i expect from a mouse, regardless of latency
i can't depend on a wireless mouse, i've tried a couple, one from microsoft another from logitech... there's really no avoiding interference at one point or another.

i only experience loss of signal with wired peripherals when there's a nearby lightning strike, that shit straight up disconnects all my usb devices for a few seconds, it's quite strange actually.

never really had an issue on my g602 at all except, having to pick up the sensor off the floor
changed my views on wireless mice within a couple days
not sure if I would want wired again especially if next gen is even better, but I'll wait until it dies, its fricken old too
