no 30inch 4k tvs. theres 30 inch 4k monitors but those are not cheap

Just check the prices at Walmart. They have lots of fairly large TVs for rather low price. Especially Vizio.

Not for any real reason, but I would avoid Scepter TVs. As well as some of the weird ones. I would think Vizio would be your cheapest half decent TVs.
