I'm either going to purchase a cheap 1366 mobo to hold off on fully upgrading or get a new mobo/cpu/ram for cheap. I'm fine with buying used. You do not have to link third-party links to forums. Pm me if you must I'm fine with e to the bay, this is just to keep my PC 'alive'

Things I already have include:
monitor
keyboard
mouse
hard drives
cpu cooler
case
psu
gpu
dvd drive

Any recommendations? Highly prefer Intel, don't care if there is hype with Threadripper. I will never go back to AMD as long as I live.

Thanks for the suggestions, unless that JohnMiller guy shows up.

system before mobo died
i7 950
ga-x58a-ud3r
12gb ddr3 corsair XMS3
GTX 960 4GB
Corsair 850w
Haf 932
crucial m4
samsung 1tb hdds
etc.

Lmk if I need to post anything else. Thanks all!

Best bet is to buy used off eBay
Unless you actually are willing to drop money on a new platform.
If so, list budget and we can assist :)

Go away.

Hardware Swap is safe. Just follow the rules and use PayPal Invoicing. I've done probably over $3k in trades.
