Yup, If I move the mouse or touch a key on the board the LED lights come on when the PC is off.

it's a ghost, it's the end of the world.... all the starving kids in africa, all the problems in the world and you are worried about some LEDs glitching out

You didn't turn off your PC correctly. You need to flip the switch on the back of your PSU.

Nice feature. Can probably charge phone if pc is off
