probably not.

870m is about equiv to an rx 460 and i see some decent performance (60 fps) on youtube for that card so I think you should be okay.

Can't rule out older architecture+newer game related nonsense, however. I think the 870m is Kepler-based... proceed with caution. I did look up some 760 benchmarks which is the closest analogue to your gpu and saw pretty decent results though, even at high settings. Yours is a bit slower than the 760 though so expect to lower said settings.

extremely vague though as to what it means, like is a 1050 and i3-3250 even needed to run the game at the lowest settings? Probably not. I'd bet you could get away with much slower hardware, based on the performance i've seen. Publisher requirements are rarely a useful guideline, if you're interested in a game but have a sketchy system find videos of people with the closest systems to yours performance-wise playing it.

Like i know for a fact the recommended reqs here are for 60 fps 1440p high settings with AA

Just buy it and play it and have fun. Then save up money to get yourself something better and use the game as motivation.
