So what's broken? This part with the length indicated in red.
Found this image (my own paint annotation) at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxtWswTt25o which indicates that this type of mouse has this kind of problem often.

Tried emailing razer a couple years back and they say they don't have this part separately.
ASIDE from buying a razer mouse and putting it in my old one which obviously contradicts this project, what can I do?

Open to suggestions please!

bond new plastic on it and shape it.
can glue it though without a metal support it'll probably just break again.
buy another broken mouse and use it for parts

Any suggestions on what to use?
Find some plastic lying around and melt it onto the mouse wheel and shape it while it's hot?
Might be tricky to do without a mold

melt a piece on then sand it down when cool. reheat the outside to re-polish it unless you have like 1k grit sand paper.
Any ABS plastic should work. You might be able to get away with a putty epoxy as well but idk.
tbh these are just quick fixes that may not last all to long.

Oh ok

Anyone know if there's a place to buy these things separately? Or even 3d print them? I know razer doesn't
