upgrading my old video card to a new one, i don't play many games but the most graphic intense game i play is h1z1 king of the kill. i play that on low settings. also i have player unknowns and my 570 struggles to play it on low so it's a no go.
current card = https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127682
card i want to get = https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137197&cm_re=gtx_960-_-14-137-197-_-Product

what's the difference between my old 570's 1280mb memory size/320bit memory interface and this 960's 4gb memory size/128bit memory interface?

The GTX 960 will be about 55-60% faster than the GTX 570, and it will run a lot cooler.

Might wanna check out a GTX 1060 ... https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pbL7YJ/evga-geforce-gtx-1060-6gb-gaming-video-card-06g-p4-6161-kr

/e A GTX 1060 is another 50-60% faster than a 960.

main diff between 320bit and 128bit in this case is that the 128bit will run much cooler and consume far less power. bandwidth is actually slightly lower on the 960 despite the stronger shaders and additional vram but the architecture is a lot more efficient with it and makes use of a large cache and delta color compression to get the most out of it.

That said anything that demands the full 4gb of vram from the 960 is probably too much for the little GM206 chip to chew on.

For $130 it's a good buy but i would stay away just because it's refurbished, consider spending a little more on the 1050 ti which gets a few more fps and is better supported + you won't have to buy a used card
