I plan on installing Linux on my computer, but my motherboards website only has the drivers available for windows. I'm afraid I'm gonna install Linux, and I won't be able to get the drivers I need for it to run. Anyone have experience with Linux?

If your motherboard needs drivers you can find those on Linux distro websites. I'm guessing your motherboard is fine without any specific drivers.

I'm just worried because when I installed windows I was missing sabunch of drivers and the auto detect wasn't finding them. And what do you mean? There are just generic drivers that work on any motherboard?

in my experience.. sometimes they're worse off with drivers. My audio was a crackling popping mess after i installed the chipset drivers but after uninstalling the vendor specific audio drivers and allowing the stock win7 audio drivers to detect and install it was perfect.
