So I gave this away to my bro in law awhile back, and it died.
Out of warranty by 9 months too

it sucks that they arent willing to do anything for the 780 classy, even if i asked if there's naything else they can do to repair it etc. for extra cost. They just straight up said no, cos it's been over 3yrs so there's nothing else they can do. I'm gonna drive over and pick that card up and gonna put it in the oven rofl

Take a picture of the PCB, maybe there is something painfully obvious like a blown capacitor that you can replace.

It seems like the significantly low-end shit lasts longer than the high-end stuff
when ur talking about the long haul at least, 5-10 years or more
might be because they pull so much less power and typically see lighter usage, dissipate way less heat, etc. less demanding on the silicon, fan, vrms, and maybe the paste too
i mean even now i got a galax gt 240 that's been driving a dual core pc that gets used as a Kodi box since the dawn of time and probably will long after im dead unless video starts becoming very demanding to decode.
