I have tried everything i can think of and find but nothing seems to work with updating BIOS. I have a 32gb flash drive formatted to FAT32 with the update installed. When i try to do Instant Flash i get "No image file detected" any ideas?

Tried it zipped and no good. Now I'll just go buy a cheap 2.0 device and see if that works thanks.

You may need to rename file.
