wat

Is that really that good of a deal? I am buying one. XD

GG processor or is the 7700k better? I am noob at these.

E: People are buying them on ebay for 350-400 bids. So I am sure this was a mistake on micro center's pricing.

the platform is also much more expensive than lga 1151
this is the same reason older used sandy bridge and even haswell xeons are so incredibly cheap for the performance they give

the cpu costing that much doesn't really make up for it.

If it's not a price mistake why do people buy them on ebay for 400+?

Seems like they could sell a bunch even at the 350-400 price point.

I suppose I'll stick with the 7700k. XD

May still buy one to resell it.

Yeah, I have to go there to pick up my NVMe SSD and the 7700k that I reserved for 280.

Almost an hour drive, so it is a pain. I was thinking it was a mistake on price because they did that to me on the NVMe when I was there the first time to buy it.

I'd have to return the Mobo I already bought and it's too much of a hassle to redo my build. I'm just going to stick with the 7700k.
