Title II is not necessary for net neutrality to exist and needs to go, the telecommunications act of 1996 can do its job adequately. Otherwise there's no chance we'll stop seeing this shit every year.

The biggest issue I have with this whole situation is that everywhere I go websites are throwing their trite activism in my face. It's worse than ads. I got the picture when the last 50 sites I visited begged me to care.

Internet needs to be considered a public utility. Keep what we have and improve it.

Congress passed Net Neutrality in 2010, but without Title II classification, Net Neutrality was overthrown twice via lawsuits.
As far as I understand it, the FCC only has the power to enforce Net Neutrality IF the internet is classified as a Title II communication.
