off hours, just submitted a ticket. seems like pump failure is common with the x52/x62s

Ive had my x61 (280mm one) for 2-3 years now no issues
Sucks their new ones r failing

Pretty sure with the new ones they said fuck it lets make them beautiful and didnt care about internals

Took 24 hours to respond to me. I asked what was needed.
It's been 36 hours since that was given.

Waiting on them to let me know next steps.
Just sent out a reply asking for an update, hopefully I get one on Monday

nzxt's support was great when i had to contact them for replacement stuff for the respire t40 when i had it. they also gave me an extra fan to mount to it.

Time to go open loop
