Unplugged - 4-15% cpu usage

Plugged in - 96-99% cpu usage


what am i doing wrong?

Check power plan when plugged in

it would have to be a pretty shitty plan for usage to go up when plugged in lmao usually it's the other way around lower clocks/voltages same workload = higher usage

It was partially this plus me being a retard lol.

I changed my power plan, turned off background apps, and something else and switched it from USB 3.0 to 2.0 and now t works perfectly normal.
