how much y'all think i can sell this for

delidded 4790k w/ coollaboratory liquid pro (4.5ghz 1.17v, or 4.6ghz 1.2v, haven't tried much higher)
asrock z97 extreme
4x4gb 1866mhz cl9 gskill ares ram (blue to match mobo)

altogether

no reason to downgrade from 4790k

i want more cores, a newer motherboard, and that dope af rgb lighting with the mobo + tridentz rgb ram

nearly every program only uses 1 core
