This morning I was hanging on my laptop when suddenly my charger stopped working out of nowhere. The LED lights up for about 5 sec before slowly closing when I unplug and plug it into the wall.

Thanks in advance (I bought this new charger a year ago so it's kinda fishy?!)

Yup and it does charge my computer (my roommate got the same laptop model as me) and when I try my plug on his laptop, doesn't work

So it charges yours but not his? Sounds like the issue is resolved then, just don't let him use your power brick.
