trying to retrieve files from old unused hdds, only showing up as "drive d:" and they're not readable

Odd issue, is the HD still in working order? Failed hard drives can do weird things

yeah, both drives worked when i pulled them out of my pc, i'm just using an m.2 drive as my only drive now, wanted to get stuff off my old drives

i could still connect them the old way but im lazy as fuck and would prefer to not have to do that lol

Might be better to do that.
