With a 512GB M.2 SSD I am sure this comp is well worth it even though it is a prebuilt.

The thing has an i7 7700k with 1070 GPU... 16GB RAM and that amazing M.2 SSD!

Thinking about buying this tomorrow!

If it has a MSI 1070 Armor then it's a garbage 1070 that (likely) overclocks like ass and runs quite loud/hot.

If it doesn't have a 240mm CLC at minimum your processor will run very hot and overclock like shit.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 it says for the GPU

As for the 240mm CLC I am not sure what that is? A liquid cooler? Perhaps I can upgrade that later. I won't be OC'ing.

If you're not overclocking then why are you buying a 7700k build. The 1070 Armor is a variant of the Nvidia GTX 1070 by MSI. That's the model shown in the photos on the website.

Down the road I'd probably OC but for now nothing that serious.

One question about OC'ing, can you leave it on and not worry about it? Or do you have to cycle and turn off the OC so it doesn't wear it down?

I know nothing. :)

Well if OCing is done on a decent system (good mobo, good cooling etc) you can leave it on.
On a prebuilt, OCing might not be a very good idea.

That prebuilt you linked, for example, has only a 500w PSU, and it's probably some off brand. I'd bet that the motherboard has crappy heatsinks as well.

500w is still plenty for that build
