Hello I was wondering what causes this i use to have moderate NAT type does it change randomly ?

also might be a dumb question but could my neighbor who just recently just installed a internet dish on their house could that affect my connection / NAT type??
It seems like ever since they got it installed my connection has been very odd.

EDIT: in the title i put blocked communications i meant ... BLOCKED - server connectivity .

not entirely sure what iweb is.. if it means same provider then yes.

SOLVED : Simply unplugged my powerline adapter in my room [yes i use one because not close enough to my router to plug in hardwired cable.
