Hello!
I need to choose nice GTX1060 6GB, i don't want the cheapest like Palit.
(I had one Palit few years ago and I returned it three times before they gave me card that works properly)

Specs:
MSI B350M Mortar
SilentiumPC Regnum RG2W Pure Black (with glass)
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Corsair CX450M CP-9020101-EU
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB Black [4x4GB 3000MHz DDR4 CL15-17-17-35 DIMM]
Crucial MX300 525GB 2,5

I was looking at something like:
Gigabyte AORUS GeForce GTX 1060 X 6GB GDDR5
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB GDDR5
ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 STRIX 6GB GDDR5

But I don't know shit about GPUs

Prices depend on countries and taxes, so please check prices of these cards, this is how much I can spend.
I'm using 2x24 FHD60Hz monitors, but im thinking about another one, 21:9 for gaming (also 60/75Hz, i dont play fps, nn 144) and these two for jsp/spotify etc.
I will use this 1060 for around 2-3 years, then i'll put it into my dad's PC.

Pick whichever is cheapest. The differences between them will be primarily aesthetic and pricing (and perhaps, outputs). Not much else. All have decent customer service, which is my personal guiding factor for purchases.

Get the EVGA. The have the best tech support in the world. Their cards are generally shorter than the others as well.
