looking for reccomendations on best for up to $250 GPU
and what is UP WITH THIS RAM PRICES? 5 YEARS AGO MY SAME RAM WAS $30-35 BUCKS now its fucking 60 bucks
WTF IS THAT?

i remember when japan had an earthquake and HDD's went up in price
did something happen to create RAM prices go GO SKYROCKET?

No your shits just old so prices went up cause not common now.
Buy used ram it will be fine, all ram has warranty for life just say it was a gift hence no receipt.

GTX1060 3/6gb, or amd equivalent.
though it helps to know where your located I'm assuming USA.

Well price sky rocket because of mobile devices is using the same RAM technology so they can't keep up with the demands.
They almost went 40% up in prices.

2x 8GB DDR4 used to be 60-65$ now the same set is 110$+

When ever an hardware product goes legacy the prices goes up. Because they are out of production and people often needs the older parts to fix.
