Does anyone have a recommendation on the best USB-C chromebook that is touchscreen with flip and USB-C?

I am currently looking at this one:
HP Chromebook x360 11 G1 EE

I am going to be purchasing 1,000 this summer to replace a school's Chromebooks. These are also middle schoolers, so I may need cases.

poor kids, Chrome books, *shutters.

I only have a budget of 300 per unit.

Also I need to be able to manage them with some sort of MDM.

Considering that they are for a school, I would think you'd be better off with Dell or HP. They are a little more rugged.
