looking to get one of these power banks but not for charging my phone or anything.

i want to use this to POWER not charge a bluetooth transmitter. The bluetooth transmitter does not hold a charge but has a usb input for a car lighter power socket. this is for my car (long story)

is it possible to use this device as you would a normal car lighter usb plug?

Should be fine though I usually go anker for portable power banks.
I used one to power a rasp pi for 8 hours while mobile.
