Hello, so I have this weird issue where a random window pops up for like half a second then disappears. It happens so quickly that I have no idea what it is. It alt-tabs me out to desktop if I'm playing a full-screen game for example, so you can see why this is pretty annoying. Happens randomly maybe once every two hours. I checked from task manager if there are some processes running that look unfamiliar but can't seem to find any. I haven't installed any new programs in a while, only change I've really done was to renew my license for a statistics program but that shouldn't cause this, right? Any and all help is appreciated. :)

E: Windows 10 btw

show us the running processes.
somethings executing from the sounds of it and stops so it may be hard to pin point.
I would highly suggest you do a system disinfection to be safe though in the mean time.

Had this issue with Skype awhile back.
Drove me nuts.
Maybe it's that?

Use Windows Focus Logger or similar product to get a log of the programs that have taken the focus. Should lead you to the program.
