I'd just use an arctic fan. Cheap and high air flow.
The fin density on a evo is not that crazy to warrant high static pressure.

yea was thinkin noctua big dik but that brown is ugly af
other nice fans i can think of is noiceblockers, AP123, typhoons ap15
