so I virtually know little to nothing about comps. i'm basically trying to get a laptop that can run a few games (nothing too fancy) like league and diablo.. nothing with mega graphics or anything. and not trying to empty my pockets out on a total gaming laptop when I won't even be using it all the time. or possibly link me something that you think would work better.. trying to keep it under 600 but if need be under 1,000

Laptop (under $400):

AMD A10-Series A10-8700P (1.80 GHz)
8 GB Memory 1 TB HDD
AMD Radeon R6 Series
1920 x 1080
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
[SATA] 8.9"mm 8X Super Multi with Double Layer

I'd go i5, 8gb ram

Add SSD in place of CD drive or current HDD.
For some reason, so many laptops come with a CD drive. I'd rather have 2 drives over 1 ;)

50OFF499 code

No dedicated gfx but I don't think you'll need it for league?
Someone correct me. I don't play that nonsense lol
Ofc replace CD drive with SSD :)

This is a pretty great pick https://www.amazon.com/Acer-E5-575G-57D4-15-6-Inches-Notebook-i5-7200U/dp/B01LD4MGY4/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1493821600&sr=1-3&keywords=Acer+Aspire+E15
The dedicated GFX is not really need for League of legends. But this will diff make sure you can max out the game while keeping fps above 60 at all times.

Even found benchmarking

@penguin, I generally try to stay away from dell b/c I've had ongoing problems with previous machines from them. :/

I was also looking at something like: http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Tracer-II-15-VR-300-Gaming-Laptop or is this too overkill?

Clear winner for the price zwix.

Although, no room for additional storage, no bluetooth (those would be killer for me lol)

Also the one I linked has poopy resolution

Oh, we were trying for under 600 budget
Stay away from assblastpower tho.

lol

under 600 ideal, but if there's something that would work better for say 750-800 then i'd rather it not just be borderline ok for what I want to do. just don't want to be spending like 1200+ since I have my desktop

You are trying to keep it under 600 and you link one that's above 1000$ lol.
Yes its overkill for League. check #4 for benchmarks.

Actually think i'm going to get myself a laptop after my birthday next week. Probably one of those acer aspire e15.

I'd try sagerpc - never used but I hear good things :P
Something like this should do, just add SSD ofc.

https://www.sagernotebook.com/customize.php?productid=1218

Also, overkill but better than the assblaster ;)
Also I'm on my phone.

Did I say also? Lol
Or an hp omen. I wouldn't get an hp tho. Like ever.

Seems like it has bluetooth and yeah sadly no additional storage. but 256GB is quite fine because he has an desktop for storage.

Just found what PC I'm gonna get. 604$
Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G-503C - Core i5 7200U / 2.5 GHz - Win 10 Home 64-bit - 12 GB RAM - 128 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD - 15.6" TN 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) - GF GTX 950M - Bluetooth.
