1060s differ besides just vram

Get a 480

1060 3gb is basically what the 1050 ti would have been if they weren't so deceptive with their branding these days. less vram less cuda cores and less performance overall.
Although for an 8320 i dont think it matters which one you get. How overclocked is it?

8320 won't bottle neck a 1070 on a lot of games so....

what resolution
we can assume hes at 1080p
i doubt 8320 doesn't bottleneck in a lot of games at 1080p with that gpu..
