I saw a fake gtx 680 on newegg it was up for months for like $80. Said it has 2gb of "ddr3" (lol) and sported some non-nvidia technologies like HydraVision. It was also "First from Asia" like this and the chinese have been known to flash the bios on gpu's to spoof them, usually reselling gt 8800's and 250's as much higher end cards, with very shoddy pcb's. Also very common with flash memory (spoof 8gb to look like 2tb and it works fine til you hit 8gb then it just starts writing over itself and corrupting data)
I've even seen a few people get fake cpu's, usually just a block of wood or something in there they don't even try.
Newegg took it down eventually months after i tweeted them about it, but feast your eyes on this frankly amazing image that they had on the listings page for this '680'

Should have read the seller feedback on these folks before you bought it as well:
https://www.newegg.com/Corn-Electronics/aboutDon't trust Newegg to watch out for you, they are basically craigslist tier at this point. I'm not saying don't use newegg, just do your own research on who you're buying from in the future because they aren't trying very hard to stop these fraudulent listings.
